The Alpine Room is a bright and spacious apartment of approximately 55 m² on the 1st floor overlooking a green valley. The living area is dominated by a stone fireplace, where you can spend long evenings with a book or a glass of wine. French windows lead to a private balcony – soft mountain light penetrates here in the morning, and in the evening it is the perfect place to sit quietly.
The balcony is reserved as a smoking area, inside we ask for consideration for other guests. Small and medium-sized pets are welcome (supplement according to the price list; bowl and blanket available for rent). On the ground floor, there is a lockable ski/bike room; in summer, you will appreciate the racks and basic service kit, and in winter, heated shoe racks. Parking is free at the property.
The beds are equipped with quality mattresses of medium stiffness, 100% cotton bedding and two types of pillows to choose from. Darkening curtains in the bedroom guarantee a restful sleep even at early mountain dawn. On request, we can prepare a baby cot, a high chair or a safety barrier for the bed.
Who is the room ideal for? Families, couples and smaller groups of friends who want to combine a comfortable background with a stay in nature. In summer, you look into the greenery from the balcony, in winter, after returning from the slope, you warm up by the fireplace – a simple equation of a happy holiday.
The mountain room is a cosy Alpine-style room with wood, stone and warm textiles. It is approximately 45–50 m² and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. French windows overlook the mountain ridges, and you can enjoy morning sunshine and evening peace on your private balcony. A living area with an armchair and a small table is perfect for a book, a glass of wine, or trip planning.
The bedroom is equipped with a 180x200cm double bed with a quality medium stiffness mattress and hypoallergenic bedding. In the living area there is a sofa bed for two (comfortable even for a longer stay). Blackout curtains and two pillow variants ensure a good night's sleep even after a hard day in the mountains.
The bathroom offers a spacious shower, hairdryer and hotel cosmetics. In the "tea" kitchen you will find a fridge, kettle, mugs and basic glasses – ideal for light breakfasts and evening tea. The entertainment is provided by a smart TV (logging in to your own accounts) and fast Wi-Fi for work and streaming. In summer, you'll appreciate the air conditioning, cooler heating, and carpeted hardwood floors by the bed.
On the ground floor there is a lockable bicycle/ski room; in winter with heated shoes, in summer with racks and a basic set for service. Parking is free at the property. Pets are welcome (fee according to the price list; bowl and blanket available for rent). Smoking is only allowed on the balcony.

- Reservation is confirmed upon payment of deposit
- Balance payment is due upon arrival
- Cancellation within 7 days of arrival incurs 50% cancellation fee
## 3. Accommodation
- Accommodation period: check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM
- Smoking is prohibited in the facility
- Maximum number of guests according to room capacity
## 4. Liability
Guest is liable for any damage to property. Provider is not liable for loss or damage to guest's personal belongings.

Any complaints should be addressed directly with the accommodation provider during the stay or within 7 days after departure.
