Apartment Rooftop on the 5th floor offers modern and cozy accommodation in the popular area of Golem – Mali i Robit.
With two floors, it provides plenty of space and privacy — ideal for families, friends, and longer stays by the sea.
On the lower floor there is a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and access to the terrace with an outdoor fireplace — an ideal place for all-day comfort in the fresh air.
It includes a bedroom with two beds, a bunk bed and a bathroom with a toilet.
The upper floor consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bunk bed and a second bathroom with a toilet.
Every guest is thus assured of comfort even when the apartment is fully occupied.
In addition, three extra beds are available.
The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable and carefree stay.
You will find free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix, air conditioning in every room, bed linen and towels (a matter of course, no extra charge), a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron and an ironing board.
The kitchen area is equipped to prepare common dishes - there is a dishwasher, an electric stove with four hotplates, a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a fridge.
The big advantage is the possibility of renting our car, parked right next to the house.

Apartment Rooftop, No. 503, Rruga Lirria, Golem, Kavaja district. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of the building, under the designation No. 503. The subject of the lease will be used exclusively for recreational purposes

4. Rental period
The rental relationship is concluded for a fixed period of time:

The transfer from the airport to the apartment is linked to the arrival of the plane and is carried out, especially in season, by a minibus, which also transports other guests on the way. At the airport, a delegate with an Albaniaholiday sign will be waiting for you. During the transfer, you will receive the keys to the apartment.
Transfer back to the airport is provided from the apartment, always about 3 hours before departure. When transferring, you will hand over the keys to the apartment

5. Withdrawal from the contract
The Lessee may withdraw from this Agreement without giving any reason until the date of commencement of the lease relationship. Such withdrawal is sanctioned as follows:
In the event of cancellation of the reservation by the Lessee more than 30 days before the beginning of the rental relationship, as a cancellation fee, 50% of the total rental price is charged.
In the event of cancellation of the reservation by the Lessee less than 30 days before the beginning of the rental relationship, 100% of the total rental price will be charged as a cancellation fee
6. Final provisions
The parties to the contract have read this, understood it and agree to its content. This contract was concluded on the basis of their true and free will.
The lessee confirms his consent by making an advance payment or the entire payment, the contract is always sent to the lessee's e-mail.
